Franki is a discovery and rewards app that helps people decide where to go — and rewards them for going. We make it easier to find great local restaurants, bars, and experiences through video recommendations, then close the loop with rewards when users spend.

We’re hiring a senior Social Media Manager to co-own Franki’s social strategy with the Director of Marketing and fully own execution across channels. This role is equal parts strategy, creative direction, and hands-on making.
You’ll be responsible for translating positioning and growth goals into content that actually ships: ideas, scripts, videos, campaigns, collaborations, posting, and iteration. Instagram and TikTok are the primary focus.
This role is for someone who knows how to build a brand and drive growth, can operate independently, and thrives in fast, ambiguous environments.
Salary range: $120,000–$150,000
Candidates should provide a portfolio or examples of social work as part of the initial screening process.
The pay range for this role is:
120,000 - 150,000 USD per year (los angeles)
