Overview

As a member of the Marketing team at Free Market Health, the Graphic Designer will be part of a high performing team responsible for establishing and promoting the Free Market Health brand across internal and external stakeholders. In this fast-paced environment, the Graphic Design role will be critical to executing marketing strategy and supporting the client success, customer success, and sales teams. This position will report to the VP of Marketing.

Specifics 

• Support the development and design of marketing, sales, and account management materials, including one-pagers, letter and email campaigns, social media posts, and pitch decks.
• Be a brand resource by learning and applying consistent brand visuals and messaging across marketing and sales materials.
• Manage and organize branded materials.
• Support social content planning including content development, publishing, and monitoring. 
• Assist on various projects as assigned.
• Effectively manage multiple priorities and meet stated deadlines while delivering quality results.
• Travel or onsite presence may be required for specific duties, projects, and meetings.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in creative development and graphic design. Healthcare experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and PowerPoint
• Photography and/or videography skills a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university in marketing, advertising, graphic design, media, communications, or related field
• Solid verbal / written communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
