In Home Caregiver

Duties:
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs as directed by medical professionals
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks

Skills:
- Experience in hospice care or assisted living is preferred
- Knowledge of medical records management and documentation
- Familiarity with catheter care procedures
- Proficient in meal preparation and dietary restrictions
- Understanding of medical terminology and ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals
- Ability to take accurate vital signs measurements
- Experience in medication administration, including proper dosage and timing
- Strong caregiving skills, including empathy, patience, and attentiveness to client needs
- Knowledge of basic nursing procedures is a plus
