Position Overview
We are currently seeking professional and dependable Unarmed Security Guards for a warehouse location in Coppell, TX. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sense of observation, attention to detail, and a desire to work in a structured, safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity or safety concerns
• Operate and manage metal detectors and turnstiles to ensure secure access control
• Conduct routine parking lot checks for compliance
• Perform assigned safety walks throughout the warehouse to identify and address hazards
• Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized activity
• Communicate clearly and effectively with site personnel and FRPS supervisors
• Complete daily reports and incident documentation as required

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay: $16–$20/hour, depending on qualifications
• 1.5x overtime pay after 40 hours in the same workweek
• Weekly pay via direct deposit
• W2 position – taxes withheld

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid Level II (Non-Commissioned) Security License in the State of Texas
• Previous security or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality

Preferred Qualities:

• FRPS has additional sites in Little Elm, Dallas, and across the DFW Metroplex
• An ideal candidate is flexible and willing to assist at multiple locations as needed
• A strong work ethic, adaptability, and professionalism are key to success in this role
