SUMMARY: The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing processes, tools, and infrastructure to ensure that the division can execute its efforts effectively. This role will work closely with sales leadership and other departments to drive operational efficiency, improve reporting and analytics, and manage CRM systems, processes, and sales support. The OM will play a key role in shaping strategy by providing insights and streamlining operations to maximize team productivity and performance.
