SUMMARY: Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of an organization's subcontractor payments, including tasks such as calculating and processing subcontractor wages and deductions, maintaining payment records, and resolving payroll-related issues. The goal of a subcontractor payments professional is to ensure that the subcontractors are paid correctly and on time, and that other obligations are met accurately and in a timely manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Adhere to accounting policies and procedures. Overall administration of Subcontract Payments activities.
• Work closely with Field Supervisors for accurate processing of Subcontractors Payments.
• Reviews work orders for appropriate labor amounts to be paid and inputs the labor to correct installer.
• Process a high volume of Subcontractor Payments, scheduling and preparing checks.
• Ability to recognize labor errors and discrepancies, ability to read work orders, apply judgments concerning reasonableness and accuracy, and compare information on the work order tickets to software system and excel spreadsheets.
• Resolving labor discrepancies.
• Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential.

• Possesses excellent computer skills and can type quickly and accurately
• Shows proficiency and speed when using a 10-key numeric pad
• Multi-tasking

• Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Displays exceptional interpersonal skills
• Have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
• Possesses strong knowledge or math and finance
• Microsoft Excel Knowledge
• Demonstrates a working knowledge of basic accounting practices
• Must possess a High School Diploma, Associates Degree helpful
