Position Summary
At FSM, the Project Manager is a detail-oriented professional who drives work through the FSM production schedule & enables it to get done on time through clear communication and with furious curiosity (FuriosityTM). Project Managers work closely with FSM’s Account Management Team and directly with clients as needed. This position reports to and supports the Production Manager in process implementation.

- Impeccable organizational abilities: Daily and weekly objectives are always on your radar, and you know exactly who to follow up with and how to keep things moving.
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization: You are comfortable navigating within competing deadlines, communicating priorities, and upholding timelines that work both for FSM's clients and the FSM team.
- Strong communication skills: Your pursuit of answers and communication of reliable information on a regular basis increases productivity across the FSM team.
- Admirable work ethic: You are driven by a desire to get the job done and care about adherence to processes and procedures.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop realistic plans, action steps, and timetables for projects and assignments.
- Implement tasks and projects in FSM’s systems according to FSM's processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce effective services and deliverables.
- Update Account Managers regarding the timing required for projects, keeping them informed of progress.
- Ensure work is complete according to the brief, client expectations, and general best practices.
- Have a detailed knowledge of clients’ businesses, goals, preferences, and idiosyncrasies.
- Periodically support the Production Manager in process implementation.
