Position Summary

At FSM, the Digital Marketing Specialist is a versatile digital marketer who supports effective digital marketing strategies across many different digital marketing tactics. This role is responsible for implementing digital marketing strategies on behalf of FSM clients, with a focus on both organic and paid search engine marketing.

Primary Responsibility – Digital Marketing Execution

  • Research, develop, execute, and measure paid and organic campaigns on Google, Bing, Social, YouTube, Google My Business, Meta, and more.
  • Perform consistent optimizations for organic and paid campaigns through content management, metadata, keyword research, and testing & analysis.
  • Implement and monitor analytics tracking for lead attribution and insight gathering.
  • Collaborate with team members and clients on research, strategy, optimization efforts, and campaign progress.
  • Monitor and report the performance of organic and paid campaigns, along with providing recommendations for improvements.
  • Maintain high levels of competency with digital marketing best practices and techniques.
  • Management of paid budgets to ensure ad spend is within budget and providing value.

Skill Set 

  • Ability to interpret data and communicate ideas, strategy, and insights.
  • Ability to diligently work independently to complete assigned work items.
  • Ability to collaborate with a team to achieve shared goals.
  • Client-first, service mentality.

Education and Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in executing digital marketing tactics. 
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads certification is required.
  • Proven experience executing complex, large-scale campaigns for both paid and organic channels.
