At Fueling Brains, we are currently looking to hire a Behavioral Analyst who will observe, evaluate, and treat children with emotional or behavioral conditions and disorders such as depression, anxiety, addiction, autism, ADHD, OCD, etc.

Furthermore, the Behavioral Analyst will develop and implement treatment plans, maintain progress reports, and provide support to the children.


The successful candidate will be patient, compassionate, and have great communication skills. The behavioral specialist will also have excellent stress management and problem-solving skills.


Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Observing and assessing the children under treatment.
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans to address behavioral issues.
  • Supporting the children throughout the treatment process.
  • Communicating with patients' teachers, caregivers, and families to implement treatment plans.
  • Monitoring and recording treatment progress.
  • Conducting assessments to determine progress and milestones.
  • Maintaining children's medical records and treatment reports.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare specialists and support organizations.


What You Bring (Preferred Skills and Qualification):

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience delivering training and instruction to adult learners, preferably in behavioral health, education, or related settings
  • Demonstrated proficiency in designing and facilitating adult learning (in-person and/or virtual)
  • Willingness and ability to travel out of state up to 25% of the time (including overnight travel)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple priorities
