About Fuku
First crafted as an off menu item by chefs at David Chang’s NYC Momofuku Noodle Bar, our original sando was too good to be kept behind the counter. and then it was too big for the restaurant. So it got its own East Village joint in 2015. And it’s been Fukusanity ever since.
About the role
This seasonal position supports Fuku’s concessions operations at Allegiant Stadium and T-Mobile Arena. As a Concessions Team Member, you’ll support Front of House and Back of House based on business needs and experience.

What you'll do
FOH Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests with warmth, creating a welcoming experience
- Provide fast, accurate, and friendly service at the point of sale
- Take orders and enter them into the POS system with care
- Accept and process payments, ensuring accuracy
- Communicate clearly about menu items, allergens, and daily specials
- Highlight promotions and suggest items to enhance the guest experience
- Hand off orders with a smile, ensuring guests leave satisfied
- Address guest concerns and escalate to a supervisor when needed
- Collaborate with BOH to ensure seamless service
- Support teammates by staying in sync and communicating openly
BOH Responsibilities
- Prep, cook, and assemble menu items to Fuku’s quality standards
- Operate fryers, portion items properly, and maintain consistency
- Follow food safety practices and DOH regulations at all times
- Store and rotate food properly, keeping labeling and FIFO in check
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
- Assist with dishwashing and general cleaning
- Work with urgency and pride to ensure every order is right
- Communicate proactively with FOH and supervisors to keep things moving smoothly
What You Bring
- Prior experience in quick service, concessions, or customer-facing roles is a plus
- Friendly, high-energy presence with strong communication skills
- Guest-first mindset with the ability to upsell and speak confidently about the menu
- Comfortable using a point-of-sale system and handling cash or card transactions
- Calm under pressure and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Flexible and team-oriented, with a willingness to support where needed
- Strong work ethic, openness to feedback, and interest in learning new skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Food Handlers Certificate is a plus
Additional for BOH Roles
- Two or more years of fry cook or kitchen prep experience preferred
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, food safety, and sanitation practices
- Able to follow recipes precisely, including measurements in grams
- Comfortable using fryers and working in high-volume food production settings
