Final Assembly Technician

Fulcrum Technologies, Inc. is a world-class leader in designing and manufacturing custom machine bases for vibration-sensitive production tools used in semiconductor fabrication. We are seeking a Final Assembly Technician who will be responsible for ensuring final products meet quality standards and executing tasks related to final packaging. This position requires adherence to Fulcrum processes, procedures, and safety practices while contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:    

  • Ensure final products meet established quality standards.
  • Complete final product assembly, building pallets and cleaning and packaging finished products.
  • Work efficiently with a strong understanding of Fulcrum processes, procedures, and products.
  • Be present and engaged in the designated work area during scheduled work hours.
  • Accurately complete all required paperwork at the time of task completion.
  • Lead by example and embody company values in daily work.
  • Assist other departments as needed.
  • Participate in all safety training and adhere to Fulcrum’s adopted safety practices.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.


Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated quality work ethic and mechanical aptitude.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with hand tools and handheld power tools.
  • Familiarity with both metric and imperial measuring systems and ability to accurately use measuring tools.
  • Competence in reading and interpreting CAD and inventor drawings for accurate layout work.
  • Team-oriented mindset with effective time management skills.
  • Dedication to good housekeeping by keeping the work area clean and organized.


Work Environment:

  • Physically demanding role involving regular bending, stooping, crawling, and standing on a concrete shop floor.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required on the shop floor (all PPE provided).
  • Fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The pay range for this role is:

20 - 25 USD per hour (Tualatin HQ)
