What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle implementation projects, managing scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate across Fusion teams and client stakeholders to define goals and ensure alignment.
- Oversee EHR configuration, customization, and data migration to deliver smooth transitions.
- Facilitate training and system adoption sessions to build confidence and engagement.
- Partner with clinical and IT teams to optimize workflows and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Proactively identify risks, resolve challenges, and keep projects on track.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with clients, keeping them informed every step of the way.
- Document progress, decisions, and configurations to ensure continuity and transparency.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience, ideally in healthcare technology.
- Hands-on experience with EHR implementations, integrations, or healthcare workflow optimization.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude: you’ve worked closely with system configuration, data migration, and validation processes, and can quickly learn Fusion’s proprietary configuration logic, data relationships, and workflow dependencies.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, project management platforms (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet) and client success or support tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - you translate technical into practical.
- Experience working with API integrations or SQL-based reporting is a plus.
- A collaborative mindset and a bias toward action; you don’t wait for direction to move projects forward.
- Ability and willingness to travel to Fusion offices and client sites as needed.

Compensation
- Salary Range: $90,000 – $115,000.
- At Fusion, our salary ranges are designed to be competitive within our size and industry. Compensation is just one component of a comprehensive total rewards package that also includes benefits, flexibility, and growth opportunities.
- Individual pay decisions are informed by several factors, including location, experience, qualifications, skillset, and internal equity across the organization. While we expect most offers to fall within the stated range, each compensation decision is made thoughtfully, with consideration for both the candidate’s unique profile and our commitment to pay parity.
