Integrated Marketing Intern – Spring 2025

Office Location: Jersey City, NJ

About the Team & Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our marketing team as an unpaid Integrated Marketing Intern. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will play a key role in supporting our firm's marketing efforts while developing marketing skills.

This role must be based at the office location specified in the job description, in line with our in-office work philosophy. We will work with candidates to determine an appropriate in office schedule, in line with their academic requirements.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, events, and traditional channels
• Support content creation including writing blogs, marketing copy, social media posts, and other content
• Conduct market research and data analysis to identify target audiences and marketing opportunities
• Collaborate with creative and design teams on campaign ideation and asset creation
• Update and maintain marketing metrics, dashboards, and reporting
• Provide administrative and project management support for marketing initiatives
• Participate in marketing strategy meetings and brainstorming sessions

What You Bring:

• Current undergraduate/graduate student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, email, web, paid advertising
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics) is a plus
• Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn

This is a for academic credit internship. Applicants must be currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in a related field and eligible for academic credit. The internship will focus on hands on learning opportunities to gain exposure to a dynamic Human Resources function in a startup environment.
