About the role
As a Product Marketer for our cutting-edge Content Intelligence Product, you will be at the forefront of shaping how our solutions are positioned, communicated, and delivered to the market in order to generate leads and maximize retention. This role combines strategic thinking with creative execution to develop compelling marketing strategies and materials that resonate with target audiences. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to create engaging content, enable sales success, and drive customer retention.

What you'll do
- Product and Customer Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the product to effectively communicate its value and benefits. Gain comprehensive insight into various customer types, creating detailed personas to tailor marketing strategies based on their specific product usage patterns and needs. Build a strong connection with the customer to ensure marketing efforts resonate and drive engagement.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content tailored to various audiences and channels.
- Marketing Collateral: Create compelling product marketing materials, such as case studies and whitepapers.
- Pre-Sale Content: Craft persuasive content to support pre-sale efforts and drive customer interest and leads.
- Social Media Content: Create content for social media campaigns to boost product visibility and social engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the corporate marketing team to ensure alignment between your marketing initiatives and overarching corporate strategies.
- Post-Sale Support: Produce retention-focused materials to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Performance Metrics: Focus on driving measurable outcomes, including pipeline growth and sales growth.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or a related role, preferably within the SaaS or content intelligence industry.
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful product marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Expertise in creating various types of marketing collateral, including case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and sales enablement tools.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and experience using data to measure the success of marketing efforts.
- Knowledge of the content intelligence market, including trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to align on goals and initiatives.
- Understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
