About the role


The Editor plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality research for TopLine. This multi-faceted position involves editing research requests for accuracy, managing editorial workflows, coordinating research projects, and supporting the onboarding of new partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Your proactive and solution-oriented mindset will contribute to the seamless operation and continuous improvement of TopLine's editorial process.


What you'll do

  • Ensure TopLine research is polished, error-free, and aligned with our signature storytelling.
  • Review and edit research for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Actively edit research in both the Research and Design queues while meeting deadlines.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues across TopLine departments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year in an editorial role with a strong passion for data-driven storytelling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality under tight deadlines.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
