🎭 Role & Team

Long story short, we're looking to hire a Full-Stack Software Developer with excellent problem solving skills, proactivity and communication abilities to join our new Lifecycle squad.

You will join a team of 4 Full-Stack Developers (including a Team Lead), one Product Manager and two Solution Engineers, all dedicated to solving B2B companies’ biggest challenge: customer implementation.

Your mission will be to master all intricacies of the gaiia product to build automation workflows, streamline customer data migrations, and create a stellar onboarding experience. Lifecycle is known for their deep customer impact, holistic product knowledge and frequent department-wide collaborations.

No pressure, but scaling implementations is crucial to gaiia’s success, and the Lifecycle Squad will be at the center of it!

📽 What is your team working on?

Technically speaking, you will work in a serverless ecosystem of microservices deployed on a cloud infrastructure. gaiia is all-in on Typescript, with frontend, backend and infrastructure-as-code all leveraging Typescript.

More pragmatically, as part of the Lifecycle squad, you will have the chance to

• Build custom workflows that automate critical customer processes.
• Own and optimize the data migration process end-to-end.
• Own the migration scripts and the execution of customer migrations.
• Develop both internal and in-app tools to scale implementations.
• Become an expert in many aspects of the gaiia product.
• Collaborate with Feature Squads, Customer Success and the Implementation Team to craft the perfect onboarding experience for each customer.

🎖️ Must-haves

• You have at least three (3) years of experience in Javascript (Typescript is a big advantage).
• You have experience with SQL databases.
• You have experience in DevOps and AWS services.
• You have experience with Node.js.
• You are process-oriented.
• You can deal with uncertainty and bring order to fuzzy challenges.
• You have an outgoing and collaborative personality, eager to work with different stakeholders to solve complex problems.
• You have a strong product mindset.

🪄 Nice-to-haves

• You have experience with GraphQL.
• You have experience with the React framework.
• You have an interest or expertise in functional programming.
• You have knowledge of networking concepts.
• You have several personal projects exhibiting good coding skills.
• You have strong analytical thinking, proactivity and learning speed.

💰Salary

At gaiia, we have a transparent salary philosophy and a robust evaluation and compensation framework. It translates to a fair and impartial model where salaries are published internally, healthy discussions around compensation and performance can exist, and taboos are removed.

The salary range for this role is 85,000-140,000$.
