ROLE: This position is focused on Gym Launch.
As a Traffic Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the build, launch, and optimization of Paid Traffic campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms for Gym Launch clients. Your #1 target is to continuously deliver local fitness leads to our gym owner clients at an efficient cost. Your main role is to oversee and conduct the strategy, organization, and media buying of each of your assigned client’s marketing campaigns daily. In addition, you’ll be communicating with our clients consistently via Zoom calls and emails from the start and throughout their journey as a client at Gym Launch. You will also work closely with other Marketing Teams, and our R&D department to ensure all campaigns are utilizing the best ad creative, copywriting, and strategies to maximize throughput- all meant to achieve the lowest C.A.C. (Cost to Acquire a Customer) possible.
As one of the primary points of contact for our clients, you are required to maintain a genuine and enthusiastic approach to all communication as well as empathy when client frustrations arise. You are responsible for the KPIs of each campaign that is launched by you and/or our other media buyers. In addition it is your main function to help resolve any and all tech related/ad related bottlenecks in a timely manner to ensure our clients have a great experience and continue to acquire new leads at an appropriate cost.
In this role you are expected to have phenomenal customer service, organizational, and marketing skills and must always show up consistently energetic for your team. Your day to day is an exciting mix of onboarding new clients, communication with current clients, and dialogue with our marketing team to ensure all live campaigns are delivering the expected flow of leads to our clients day in and day out.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Onboard new Gym Launch clients via Agency Onboarding Zoom calls
- Ensure activation and integration of the following tech stack: GoHighLevel, Lead Connector, Twilio, GoDaddy, Meta/FB business manager, TikTok Ads manager, Zapier/Make.com, Asana
- Host client facing “Pre-Launch” Zoom calls prior to ads going live to cover expectations and lay the foundation for a strong and successful relationship together.
- Ensure that all media buyers are optimizing accounts to SOP standards and within KPI’s
- Review account roster daily to ensure all are being served at a high level
- Rebuild and optimize problem accounts to ensure excellent client experience
- Provide feedback to media buyers to ensure alignment and results
- Adhere to B2C marketing guidelines established by Gym Launch
- Be available to our DIY clients to share expert advice on Paid Traffic Strategies
- Support R&D testing to remain competitive in the B2C agency category.
- Create educational Loom videos as needed for departments/clients.
- Oversee and manage budgets provided by clients accurately and efficiently
- Monitor emerging trends in social media paid advertising and adjust accordingly
- Seek out new skills and strategies to help bring our services forward
- Collaborate with team members on the clients in need of help, ensuring that the client experience exceeds their expectations.
- Ensure that all client interactions are immediately and consistently noted
- Maintain up to date technical expertise of all Gym Launch products
- Ensure all stats sheets are managed and up to date by EOD Daily
- Ensure EOW reports are submitted to Agency Manager by Friday EOD
- Identify and communicate areas of opportunities for increased efficiencies and increased adoption within all Gym Launch Programs.
- Complete preliminary Q.A. check prior to ads launch to ensure Facebook Integrations, software automations and more are set up appropriately.
- Quickly identify gaps in our product and client experience that impact the success of our clients and communicate solutions to direct reports and other team members.
- Confirm that all service procedures, policies, guidelines, and standards are being adhered to consistently and take necessary corrective actions when appropriate
- Reply to each escalation and/or client request same-day or first thing the following day for overnight requests.
RESULTS:
- Paid Advertising across all channels results in leads coming in within established KPIs
- We have consistent fresh/high performing DFY and DIY lead generation strategies and materials/deliverables for our clients
- Our clients acquire customers profitably as a result of our strategies and services.
- Weekly Report, including requested stats, are filled out and delivered to Agency Manager each Friday by 6pm EST
- All digital campaigns are analyzed properly and optimized according to SOP strategy
- Budgets are optimized to achieve best new lead flow for Gym Launch Client
- Zoho, Slack, and Asana are used to relay all project/product progress as well as daily/ongoing tasks so all teams are well informed on each client's journey
- Clients are supported in a consistent, friendly and encouraging manner
- Clients are able to launch ads within 21 days of onboarding
- Clients receive leads from paid ads within 24 hours of ads live
- Policies and procedures to optimize client onboarding are documented, communicated and implemented to ensure an ever improving experience for all clients.
- Technical and strategic competence of product is displayed when speaking with clients
- New B2C trends/softwares/platforms are brought forward to the team so that we can remain dominant and continue to deliver extraordinary results.
- Client retention is improved as a result of client advocacy.
- All interactions are noted in company CRM by EOD each day
- All video recordings are recorded in Zoom
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 Years Digital Marketing Lead Generation experience within the local Brick & Mortar Service sector - (US / Canada Markets)
- 1 Year experience with GoHighLevel CRM and it’s integrations
- 1 Year client facing experience
- Efficient with Facebook, Instagram, Adwords Advertising Platforms
- Experience with: Zapier, Twilio, Mailgun, GoDaddy, Canva, Lead Connector, Asana
- Experience using social media analytics tools and the ability to optimize marketing strategies based on findings.
