About the role
Gala is excited to announce that we are hiring an Engineering Team Lead! Our mission is to deliver innovative products that empower users in the Web3 ecosystem. We are expanding our team and looking for an Engineering Team Lead to head our DeFi Dapp development efforts, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of high-quality applications.
The Engineering Team Lead will be responsible for leading a full-stack engineering team to develop DeFi Dapps that push the boundaries of web3 and decentralized technologies. This individual will be hands-on, driving technical excellence while ensuring alignment between the engineering team and product management to achieve strategic business objectives. You will take ownership of the entire development process, from planning and design to deployment and scaling.
You will be a part of a company of super-achievers who work together to bring forth the evolution of entertainment. The ideal candidate has prior team leadership or management experience, excellent people skills, business acumen, and an exemplary work ethic. We want someone with experience and passion for web3, cryptocurrency, and NFTs. We would love someone with a deep passion for innovation, strong product management skills, and an impressive track record for working in a fast-paced, evolving, creative-minded environment.
