About the role


Galileo is seeking an organized Product Marketer who is passionate about the AI space and excited to cultivate relationships with Galileo's sales team, partners, and customers. The person in this role will develop compelling narratives and content about how customers use Galileo. They will work to prioritize key AI ecosystem partners, building relationships and content to increase co-marketing and co-selling. They will meet with Galileo customers to track success and develop customer case studies and other testimonials. They will also provide support for deals, campaigns, and sales training.

Reporting to the CMO, the person will shape positioning, launches, customer marketing, and partner marketing, while helping to keep an eye on competing products.


Main Responsibilities

  • Develop messaging, value propositions, and compelling content for our website, pitch decks, webinars, blog, and campaign assets.
  • Create an initiative for partner marketing, working with select strategic partners to list on marketplaces, advance through partner program requirements, and to write and broadcast a "better together" pitch inside partners so we can joint-sell customers. Collaborate with the partner sales team.
  • Build a customer marketing program, and relationships with Galileo's customer champions, to yield case studies or other testimonials on a regular schedule.
  • Create and present curriculum for sales training, including demos and win stories..
  • Support deals on their way toward wins, and synthesize feedback from customers and AEs
  • Develop market expertise: understand how AI teams are building GenAI applications amidst the ecosystem of tools and products with which Galileo integrates.
  • Measure and report on program status and metrics, aligning stakeholders and keeping executives up to date

Minimum Qualifications

  • >4 years in enterprise software marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with examples of compelling product marketing content across website, slides, and video
  • Able to work collaboratively and persuasively to find "win-win scenarios" with external parties and keep everyone moving toward deadlines.
  • Creative problem solver who can generate out-of=-the-box ideas
  • Strong project manager with attention to detail and ongoing project communication.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to distill complex concepts. Familiar with code and the process of building software.
  • Well-versed in enterprise selling, able to guide reps on messaging to different personas and addressing customer objections.

Nice-to-have

  • College degree in a technical major like CS, Engineering, or sciences
  • MBA
  • Familiarity with the AI/ML ecosystem and its tools
  • Some proficiency with Python, Typescript, or Java.
