Role Description

We're looking for a motivated Field Marketing Manager to drive regional marketing initiatives and build strong relationships with key enterprise accounts. Reporting to our Head of Demand Gen, you will be instrumental in creating and executing programs that generate pipeline and accelerate sales cycles. The ideal candidate will have a track record of running successful field marketing campaigns and events, with a deep understanding of enterprise software sales cycles.

Your role will involve planning and executing regional events, creating targeted account-based marketing campaigns, and working closely with Sales to drive engagement with enterprise prospects and customers. You will help position Galileo as a leader in the AI observability category by orchestrating high-impact customer events, exec roundtables, and conferences. You will also serve as a bridge between marketing and sales teams, ensuring alignment on regional goals and providing insights on market trends and customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Program Management: Design and execute field marketing programs including events, first-party summits, and ABM with an eye on learning & continuous improvement
  • Event Strategy: Plan and manage regional events, from executive roundtables to large-scale conferences and trade shows
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with Sales to create targeted campaigns and materials that support pipeline generation and maturation
  • Budget Management: Own and manage field marketing budget, tracking ROI per program 
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with possible guest speakers from our customer base and partners
  • Analytics: Track and report on field marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with demand generation, content, and product marketing to ensure consistent messaging and maximum impact

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience at high-growth tech company  
  • Proven track record of planning and executing marketing programs that drive pipeline
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to manage multiple programs in parallel
  • Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Interest in continuous learning about what works for peers in industry
  • Experience with ABM is a plus
  • Experience reporting in Hubspot or Salesforce is a plus

The pay range for this role is listed below and represents the expected salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for commission, equity, and company sponsored benefits/perks.

  • The annual pay range for this role is $135,000-$155,000 USD.
