Job Description:
The Office Manager position with Gamer’s Choice is an important role in managing the day-to-day administrative duties of our retail and warehouse location in Long Island City, Queens. This position will be responsible for maintaining the workspace, stocking supplies, and supporting our executive team with tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO and leadership team, including travel coordination, purchasing, calendar management, meeting logistics, and company-wide communications
- Draft, organize, and distribute internal memos and official company correspondence
- Gather information and prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for executive review and decision-making
- Manage office inventory and oversee ordering of supplies and equipment as needed
- Coordinate and assist with planning company events, meetings, and team gatherings
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office operations and meeting logistics
- Answer and route incoming calls; manage mail and package distribution
- Support clerical and administrative staff, stepping in for higher-level or sensitive tasks when required
- Welcome and assist visitors, vendors, and partners
- Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years working as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant, supporting executive staff
- Working knowledge of Google Office Suite/Microsoft Office Suite
- The ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- The ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and proficiency in business vocabulary to effectively represent the executive and the company to outside parties
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

Salary Range: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
