Job Description:
We are looking for an Inventory Specialist to join our team. This role is focused on management and ensuring the accuracy of Gamer’s Choice’s inventory in the Long Island City warehouse. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with physical demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy
• Monitor inventory levels to identify low-stock items and report shortages to the Director of Warehouse Operations
• Maintain detailed records of inventory adjustments, transfers, and any discrepancies
• Work with inventory management software to update stock levels and order statuses
• Coordinate with inbound, outbound, and Shipping & Receiving teams to monitor all inventory movements
• Keep warehouse supplies stocked as necessary by keeping count of stock and placing new orders

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, and moving for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Experience managing inventory, conducting cycle counts, and working with a WMS.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, inventory control or logistics experience.
• Familiarity with POS or inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of trading card games (Yu-Gi-Oh!, Pokémon, One Piece, Disney Lorcana).

Salary Range:  $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
