Compensation & Benefits

Salaried position with commission and annual discretionary bonus opportunities. 


Two (2) weeks vacation annually, seven (7) personal days annually, employer contributions to health, dental, and vision insurance, and employer 401K match and profit sharing.


Job Description

We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales Consultant to grow revenue through the sale of custom commercial signage solutions. This role is responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships, and driving projects from initial concept through handoff to Project Management. This is a performance-focused role for someone who thrives on building pipeline, closing deals, and owning revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B or commercial sales, excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build relationships, and strong negotiation and closing skills. Experience in construction, building products, or signage is preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-drive environment, be competitive, and goal-oriented.


Role Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients from initial inquiry through signed contract.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact from first inquiry through signed contract.
  • Identify client needs and develop tailored signage solutions.
  • Prepare complete, accurate project documentation for seamless internal handoff.
  • Set clear expectations with clients regarding scope, pricing, and timelines.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with estimating, design, permitting, and operations to ensure accurate proposals.
  • Maintain and grow an active sales pipeline.
  • Track activity, forecasting, and revenue performance.
  • Monitor market conditions and identify growth opportunities.

The pay range for this role is:

60,000 - 80,000 USD per year (6511 Chillum)
