Compensation & Benefits


Salaried position with annual discretionary bonus. 


Two (2) weeks vacation annually, seven (7) personal days annually, employer contributions to health, dental, and vision insurance, and employer 401K match and profit sharing.


Job Description


Currently recruiting for a Production Coordinator who will act as the central hub of communication and scheduling within the production department. This role ensures that all custom signage projects move seamlessly from design to fabrication to installation. The Production Coordinator will balance client requirements, shop capacity, materials, and deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.


Role Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update production schedules for all sign projects
  • Prioritize jobs based on deadlines, complexity, and resource availability
  • Coordinate with sales, project managers, and design teams to ensure accurate project handoffs
  • Track project progress through production to ensure deadlines are met and proactively flag delays or issues
  • Monitor, track, and allocate shop resources (equipment, materials, labor) to optimize throughput
  • Monitor material inventory and coordinate with purchasing for timely orders
  • As needed, liaise with vendors to ensure on-time delivery of specialty components (LED modules, substrates, paint, vinyl, etc.)
  • Provide daily/weekly production updates to leadership and project managers
  • Maintain accurate job files, tracking documentation, and status reports
  • Facilitate production meetings and ensure alignment across teams

Qualifications


Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows (CNC routing, painting, vinyl graphics, assembly, electrical wiring). Strong communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Must be able to:

  • Lift 50 lbs
  • Sit for prolonged periods of time
  • Stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Reach, push, pull, bend, squat
  • Drive (have valid driver's license)
  • Wear personal protective equipment, when required (e.g. safety glasses, hard hats)
  • Work in loud environments

The pay range for this role is:

60,000 - 74,000 USD per year (US)
