Compensation & Benefits

Hourly position with annual discretionary bonus. 

One (1) week vacation annually, seven (7) personal days annually, employer contributions to health, dental, and vision insurance, and employer 401K match and profit sharing.

Job Description

The Installer is responsible for assisting the installation team with the overall planning, management, and execution of custom signage projects and architectural fabrication installations, service, and maintenance. The Installer is responsible for executing the signage project installation, service, and/or maintenance in a manner that maximizes resources and supports departmental objectives while documenting and updating the client and relevant parties on key milestones along the way. The Installer follows OSHA safety practices while checking their work against blueprints and plans continuously. The Installer is responsible for tracking and documenting their progress on each installation, maintenance, or service job. 

Role Responsibilities

  • Follow and help advise on established installation policies and procedures
  • Receive, review, and understand all installation, maintenance, and service requests ahead of in-field work
  • Execute on the installation, maintenance, and service schedule based on the project requirements, site conditions, and available internal resources
  • Complete installation, service, or maintenance within specified time frames and keep within the project budget
  • Capable of pivoting and making in-field decisions to safely and properly complete an installation, service, and/or maintenance project
  • Ensure OSHA safety protocols are followed

Qualifications

No prior experience needed, but signage, construction, or maintenance industry experience preferable.  Should be comfortable with technology.
  • Lift 50 lbs
  • Sit for prolonged periods of time
  • Stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Reach, push, pull, bend, squat
  • Drive (have valid driver's license)
  • Ascend ladders, scaffolds, and stairs
  • Read blueprints and construction drawings
  • Work outdoors in cold or hot weather
  • Wear personal protective equipment, when required (e.g. safety glasses, hard hats)
  • Work in loud environments
  • OSHA 10 or 30
