Compensation & Benefits
Salaried position with annual discretionary bonus.
Two (2) weeks vacation annually, seven (7) personal days annually, employer contributions to health, dental, and vision insurance, and employer 401K match and profit sharing.
Job Description
Currently recruiting for a Legal Coordinator who will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of legal functions that are vital to our operations. The ideal candidate will have an interest in law with the ability to pay attention to written detail. You will assist with the negotiation, review, and execution of our contracts to identify and mitigate legal risks associated with our projects and general corporate agreements. Additionally, you will handle ad hoc human resources matters that may arise and the legal side of our debt collection efforts, which includes overseeing legal counsel with the drafting of demand letters and pulling required documentation to assist the company in recovering outstanding payments. Your attention to detail and interest in the law will be essential in developing effective strategies for maintaining compliance and protecting the company’s interests in corporate legal matters.
