Compensation & Benefits


Hourly position with annual discretionary bonus. 


Two (2) week vacation annually, seven (7) personal days annually, employer contributions to health, dental, and vision insurance, and employer 401K match and profit sharing.


Job Description


The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations — including inventory control and optimal warehouse layout, organization, and cleanliness in accordance with OSHA safety protocols. In addition, the Warehouse Operations Manager will collaborate cross departmentally to ensure that all materials and finished products are received and quality control checked against drawings and then organized and properly staged for the Production and Install departments. 


Role Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve warehouse layout for efficiency and safety
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the entire warehouse facility
  • Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchasing to avoid shortages or overstock
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts
  • Serve as the primary liaison between warehouse, production, and installation teams
  • Prepare and stage materials and products needed for upcoming installations
  • Ensure timely handoff of project components to installation teams
  • Inspect all incoming materials and finished goods for defects or discrepancies from purchase order/drawings
  • Document and resolve any quality issues with vendors or internal teams
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse functions
  • Supervise warehouse staff, providing training and support
  • Monitor productivity and assign tasks to ensure deadlines are met

Qualifications


No prior experience needed, but signage, construction, or maintenance industry experience preferable.  Should be comfortable with technology.

  • Lift 50 lbs
  • Sit for prolonged periods of time
  • Stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Reach, push, pull, bend, squat
  • Drive (have valid driver's license)
  • Ascend ladders, scaffolds, and stairs
  • Read blueprints and construction drawings
  • Work outdoors in cold or hot weather
  • Wear personal protective equipment, when required (e.g. safety glasses, hard hats)
  • Work in loud environments
  • OSHA 10 or 30
  • Operate a forklift
  • Operate a scissor lift


The pay range for this role is:

70,000 - 86,350 USD per year (6511 Chillum)
