About the role:

Avicena is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Analog Design Manager to lead the development of high-performance, low-power analog and mixed-signal circuits for our next-generation optical interconnect solutions. In this role, you’ll guide a talented team of engineers and collaborate closely with cross-functional groups to deliver innovative silicon solutions that power the future of data communication. This is a unique opportunity to shape cutting-edge technology at the intersection of analog design and photonics.


Qualifications:

  • Master or PH.D. degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 10 years experience in Analog circuit design from specs to architecture, design,  bench testing and all the way to high volume production.
  • Deep understanding of analog , mixed-signal and RF circuit design in deep submicron CMOS technology.
  • Good working experience with advanced analog design platforms.
  • Experience with high speed SERDES
  • Highly desirable to have experience designing optical transceiver components such as TIA and Laser drivers.


Job requirement

  • Very comfortable with cadence design tools.
  • Can supervise layout designers and backend verification.
  • Good knowledge of analog and mixed signal verification methodologies.
  • Be responsible for a complete chip tapeout.
