GenLogs Corporation

Senior Product Manager

GenLogs is a transportation-technology company building the next generation of truck intelligence. Through a nationwide network of sensors and proprietary data, We deliver real-time, high-fidelity insights into freight movement for commercial supply-chain customers and public-sector agencies. Our mission is to strengthen America’s logistics backbone, combat freight fraud and cargo theft, and provide near-instantaneous visibility into commercial motor vehicle activity across major freight corridors. By operating at the intersection of edge sensing, computer vision, AI-driven analytics, and large-scale field deployment, GenLogs is transforming how transportation data is captured, secured, and commercialized.

ABOUT THE PRODUCT TEAM

The Product team at GenLogs defines, designs, and delivers the systems that convert complex sensing, compliance, enforcement, and supply-chain needs into powerful, intuitive products. We own the strategy and roadmap across the Trident sensing ecosystem, partnering with customers to understand operational challenges while working with Engineering and Data Science to build solutions that scale nationally. Our team ensures that GenLogs’ technology is simple to deploy, easy to use, and materially impactful for public-sector and private-sector users. We value clarity of thought, customer intimacy, and disciplined execution, driving the development of products that strengthen public safety, reduce fraud, and improve the efficiency and reliability of America’s freight network.

ABOUT THE JOB

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to shape the future of GenLogs' data and vision-driven products. You're a strategic, customer-obsessed leader who knows how to mine insights from existing products, translate them into new vertical opportunities, and deliver exceptional experiences at scale.

You'll work directly with customers, customer success teams, and leadership to define product direction, then collaborate daily with Engineering, Data Engineering, and Data Science to bring ideas to life on a predictable release cadence. You'll own the full product journey: run discovery to understand what clients need, work with engineering to build and test solutions, and launch features that people actually use. You're constantly gathering feedback, turning insights into action, and measuring what moves the needle.

HOW WE WORK

GenLogs moves fast, works collaboratively, and operates with extreme transparency. We're a tight-knit team that believes in supporting each other in real-time. We prioritize speed and progress over perfection. We'd rather ship a fast first version that adds client value than wait months for something perfect. No matter how daunting a challenge looks, we analyze it in parts and find a gradual approach that delivers value to customers quickly.

We operate in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where clarity and alignment are essential. Teams work closely together — sharing ideas quickly, giving rapid feedback, and keeping conversations visible so everyone has the context they need to move. No matter the method of collaboration, the goal is always the same: reduce friction, keep momentum high, and ensure the team is rowing in the same direction.

Your role is to drive alignment across engineering, data, product, and customer-facing teams. You’ll synthesize insights from customers and internal partners, shape the product vision, and keep the team unblocked and focused. Clear communication, rapid iteration, and thoughtful coordination are core to how we work and how you’ll help us deliver exceptional products.

WHO THRIVES HERE

This role is ideal if you love tackling ambiguity and thrive in high-growth environments where you need to think both strategically and operationally. You move fast and make decisions without hesitation. When you hit a roadblock, you're obsessed with finding the answer rather than waiting for permission. You communicate clearly in writing, embrace open feedback, and aren't afraid to share half-formed ideas in public channels because you know that's how the best solutions emerge. You're not scared of true product ownership. You'll roll up your sleeves, obsess over getting the right answers, and care deeply about the details that make or break the user experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead product discovery, user research, requirement definition, roadmap planning, and testing.
  • Work with engineering to deliver features, conduct QA, and ensure timely execution.
  • Engage with customers to validate use cases and collect feedback.
  • Establish product success metrics and ensure products achieve operational, commercial, and regulatory impact.
  • Ship rapidly and iterate based on real-world usage—prioritize learning over perfection and use data to refine quickly.
  • Make decisive trade-off decisions between speed, scope, and quality to maintain momentum.
  • Collaborate with customer success to identify expansion opportunities and ensure high retention.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, data products, analytics platforms, logistics, or computer vision/ML-driven products.
  • Proven ability to drive products from concept → launch → iteration based on customer insights.
  • Experience conducting customer interviews, user research, and translating qualitative feedback into actionable product requirements.
  • Experience working closely with Engineering and technical teams; comfortable diving into technical concepts.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills—able to translate complex problems into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering on predictable schedules.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and rally cross-functional teams around a shared vision.
  • Comfort operating with high ownership and autonomy in ambiguous environments
  • Deep empathy for users and a passion for building exceptional product experiences.
  • Ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences, synthesizing complex systems into compelling narratives.
  • Bias toward action, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to thrive in a high-growth environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Background in logistics, transportation, geospatial analytics, or fleet intelligence.
  • Experience with machine learning, data pipelines, or computer vision products.
  • Prior startup experience, especially at high-growth, B2B SaaS companies.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, Postgres, Mapbox, or other data/geo tools.
  • Proficient in product analytics tools (Heap, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and comfortable diving into user data to uncover insights.
  • Founder or early startup experience (pre-seed/seed) where you had to figure things out yourself, ship with limited resources, and make things happen without a playbook.

Why Join Us

  • Build cutting-edge technology shaping the future of freight, logistics, and situational intelligence.
  • Work with world-class engineers, data scientists, and industry experts.
  • Help define the product culture, process, and long-term strategy as we scale.
