About the role

• We are seeking a UX Designer to join our growing design team. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to understand user needs, create engaging experiences, and deliver thoughtful solutions that make insurance accessible and stress-free for all.

What you'll do

• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and uncover insights.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and iterate on design solutions.
• Advocate for user-centered design practices and accessibility across the organization.
• Help define and maintain our design system in collaboration with other designers and engineers.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in UX design, preferably in digital products or SaaS.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your UX process, problem-solving skills, and final deliverables.
• Proficiency with tools like Figma.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first thinking.
