About the role

We are actively seeking an experienced Salesforce Software Developer to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions on the Salesforce platform. Your expertise in Salesforce development components—will be essential as you create scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and customize Salesforce applications. Additionally, you’ll integrate Salesforce with other systems and APIs to streamline data flow and enhance user experience. What you'll do

Salesforce Administration
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce setup, configuration, and customization.
  • Proficient in managing user roles, profiles, sharing rules, and permissions.
  • Expertise in creating and managing workflows, process builders, flows, and approval processes.
Sales Process Management
  • Deep understanding of Sales Cloud, including lead management, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasting.
  • Experience in optimizing sales processes using Salesforce, including pipeline management, territory management, and quota setting.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and integration with sales processes.
Data Management & Reporting
  • Strong skills in data management, including data import/export, deduplication, and validation rules.
  • Proficiency in creating custom reports, dashboards, and sales analytics.
  • Proficiency with Analytics Studio and Data Flows
  • Experience with data modeling and Salesforce data architecture.
Salesforce Security
  • Understanding of Salesforce security best practices, including role hierarchies, sharing rules, and field-level security.
User Training & Support
  • Experience in training sales teams and providing ongoing support.
  • Ability to create and maintain user guides, training materials, and documentation.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to address user issues quickly.
Project Management
  • Experience managing Salesforce-related projects
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in sprint planning and execution.
Communication & Collaboration
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with sales teams, executives, and development staff.
  • Ability to translate technical Salesforce capabilities into business-friendly language.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce with overall sales strategy.

Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
Experience with Salesforce Communities or Experience Cloud
  • Knowledge of creating and managing customer or partner communities, particularly for sales channels.
Marketing Automation Integration
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with marketing automation tools like Pardot, Marketing Cloud and Sales Cadences.
Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics
  • Experience setting up and using Salesforce’s AI-driven analytics for sales insights.
Bachelors Degree
