Brand Influencer Marketing- Account Manager
Get Engaged Media is looking for a Marketing professional with 2-5 years of experience in Account Management to join our Influencer Brand Marketing team. Preferably, this person has a track record of success in client-facing communications and talent relations, with a flexible and creative forward-thinking approach.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
● Leading client communications, managing all timelines, and distributing important information to key team members.
● Creating clear KPIs for each influencer marketing project, allocating resources, tracking performance, managing budgets, and re-allocating/strategizing as needed to achieve success.
● Managing data tracking and content capturing; keeping internal/external trackers consistent and up to date.
● Managing influencer relationships within Get Engaged Media’s network and ensuring that appropriate rates are contracted to create compelling content that fits the client’s needs.
● Working cross-departmentally with digital brand management, graphic designers, social media, and content teams to implement marketing campaigns and experiential activations.
● Listening to, identifying, and understanding the needs and asks of the client with a goal of delivering mutually beneficial solutions.
● Analyzing past campaigns and conducting competitive research to make recommendations based on key learnings and current marketing trends.
● Influencer Recommendations and Compensation Negotiations
Preferred Qualifications:● Experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing or talent relations.● Proficient in creating proposals detailing a complete strategic marketing plan for clients.● Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.● Strong communication skills (verbal and written).● Highly organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to prioritize tasks.● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.● Problem analysis and problem-solving.● Knowledgeable of all major social platforms (Twitch, Mixer, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube).● Knowledge of digital marketing KPIs.
