The Account Director, Brands will contribute to the growth strategy of Get Engaged as an
agency while also spearheading the growth and expansion of the Brand team (Social +
Influencer).
Responsibilities:
● Handle high-level communication between brand clients and respective GE department
● Ensure that internal Social + Influencer teams are adhering to agreed up strategies
● Ensure that each account is provided with the proper resources and personnel to support the growth of the brand
● Assist in the building out of contracts and scopes for all brand clients
● Oversee, monitor, and analyze the breakdown in hours within the Brand Time Tracking system in order to keep a pulse on inefficiencies and to provide solutions where possible
● Identify new opportunities and make strategic recommendations in order to establish our clients as leaders in their industries
● Lead the development of internal and external cross-department decks for various brand client needs
● Assist in new business development and speak to matters surrounding social + influencer with potential new clients
● Contribute to the ever-evolving growth strategy for Get Engaged as a business
Preferred Qualifications:
● Proven experience in social media management with a particular focus on the following platforms:
○ Instagram
○ TikTok
○ X
● Proven experience in influencer management
● 5+ years of client-facing communication experience
● 2+ years of management experience
● Excellent copywriting skills
● Exceptional organizational skills; this role will require the ability to oversee and coordinate efforts between various departments in order to execute campaign asks
● Experience pulling and analyzing social media platform metrics in order to build tactical recommendations
● Desire to push Get Engaged and our clients to unique, and at times uncomfortable, new whitespaces
