This role requires an individual who is operationally sound, detail-oriented, and excited about creating and improving processes from the ground up. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with product, technology, and go-to-market teams to ensure that our catalogue reflects the highest standards of accuracy and quality.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and audit the catalogue, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all product listings (merchant names, descriptions, logos, terms & conditions, etc.)
  • Work closely with supply partners to onboard new digital products, ensuring timely and seamless integration into our platform.
  • Design, implement, and optimize operational workflows and best practices for catalogue management as we scale. This includes standardizing conventions and upgrading documentation to improve efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify any inaccuracies or inconsistencies in product data. Develop QA procedures to ensure ongoing accuracy and data integrity.
  • Partner with internal teams (product, supply, marketing) to ensure catalogue data aligns with company objectives and meets stakeholder needs.
  • Enhance existing procedure documents, create new ones, and provide training to other team members or departments as needed to ensure adherence to catalogue management best practices.
  • Resolving errors and outages by collaborating with internal and external parties. Being the single point of contact to collate data and distribute communications regarding catalogue outages and issues.

Who You Are

  • You have 2+ years of experience in an operational role, ideally managing large product catalogues or databases. Experience in a digital rewards or e-commerce environment is a plus.
  • You have a proven ability to create and optimize processes from scratch. You are passionate about efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement.
  • You have a keen eye for detail and accuracy, with experience in auditing or managing data-heavy projects.
  • You are comfortable working with digital tools, databases, and content management systems (CMS). Experience with catalogue management software is a plus.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product data and operational workflows.
  • You have excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships across teams.
