Social Media & Content Associate (Part-time)

Gifted Savings is seeking a creative, reliable Social Media & Content Associate to help amplify our mission across social media and digital channels. In this part-time role, you’ll create and manage social media content, produce short-form video, write captions and newsletters, and help tell meaningful stories that elevate student voices and program impact. Working closely with our Head of Design and collaborating with Program and Product teammates, you’ll help ensure Gifted Savings shows up as a clear, authentic, and engaging voice in youth financial empowerment and financial education. As Gifted Savings continues to grow, this role has the potential to expand in scope and hours over time.

About Gifted Savings

Gifted Savings is the first national nonprofit to combine real-world financial education with a $1,000 investment portfolio for every participating high school senior. Through a next-generation web app used directly in classrooms, students gain access, essential knowledge, and ownership of real investment assets, giving them skin in the game and a spark for their future. Founded by serial entrepreneur Farhad Mohit — whose ventures, including Flipagram (now TikTok), Shopzilla, and BizRate have generated more than $1 Billion in exits — Gifted Savings is powered by a bold philanthropic model in which a committed group of patrons covers all operating expenses. This ensures that 100% of every donor’s gift goes directly to funding student investment accounts and expanding long-term opportunities for graduates nationwide. Gifted Savings has been featured on the main stage at TEDNext, and recognized by the Anthem Awards and Fast Company’s Innovation by Design Awards for its innovative approach to financial education and youth empowerment.

In 2025, as part of our ongoing partnership with TED-Ed, Gifted Savings made Athens, GA the first city in the nation where every public school senior can graduate with an investment portfolio. Gifted Savings has also delivered programming in South Los Angeles and Yellow Springs, OH, and in 2026 will launch new programs — including a planned program in Denver, CO — as part of a growing set of partnerships expanding access to the Gifted Savings experience for high school students nationwide.
