The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Lead who can build a movement around GlassHouse.
You’ll plan trade-show domination. You’ll launch a media engine that earns attention instead of buying it. You’ll partner with the biggest franchise systems in the industry and tell stories that make contractors proud to be pros.

This is not a “manage-the-agency” job. This is a builder’s seat. If you’ve ever said, “I wish I could just own it end-to-end,” this is your moment.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Events & Partnerships (≈25%)
    • Plan and execute our trade-show strategy, sponsorships, and partner activations.
      Work hand-in-hand with our Partner Manager to scale co-marketing and channel plays.
  • Run Our Content & Media Engine (≈25%)
    • Build regular customer communications (newsletter, product rollouts, etc.), , social channels, short-form video, and thought-leadership content, in partnership with our CS team.
      Host (or coordinate) webinars, podcasts, and live sessions that build trust and buzz - with internal resources and external partners.
  • Drive Measurable Growth (≈25%)
    • Track performance, manage paid vendors, and report the impact of marketing with clarity.
    • Use data to decide what to double down on and what to eliminate quickly.
  • Experiment & Build Systems (≈25%)
    • Test new channels, refine processes, and help us evolve from “fast and scrappy” to “fast and smart.”

You’ll report directly to the CEO, work closely with leadership in all areas of the business, and collaborate with external marketing resources.

  • Hybrid in Franklin, TN (2+ days in-office per week)
