Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Content Writer with strong SEO knowledge to join our team in the Lower Mainland, Canada. The ideal candidate will create high-quality, SEO-optimized content that helps improve search rankings and drives organic traffic. The candidate should understand how search engines crawl, index, and rank content, and should be able to work closely with the SEO and marketing teams to improve website performance.

Key Responsibilities
Write SEO-optimized blogs, website content, landing pages, and marketing content
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
Implement on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, headings, internal linking)
Optimize content according to search intent and SEO guidelines
Update and improve existing website content for better rankings
Work with the SEO and marketing teams on content strategy
Maintain consistent brand tone and messaging

Required Skills
Excellent English writing and editing skills
Strong knowledge of SEO content writing
Understanding of technical SEO basics
Ability to research and write technical or industry-related content

Technical SEO Knowledge Required
Candidates should understand:
Website crawling and indexing
XML Sitemap and robots.txt
Canonical tags
Core Web Vitals
URL structure and internal linking
Search intent optimization
Experience with tools such as:
Google Search Console
Google Analytics
Ahrefs
SEMrush

Experience
Minimum 2+ years of experience in SEO content writing
Experience working with SEO or digital marketing teams
