About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Data Entry Representative to join our Administrative team on a remote, full-time, hourly basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data systems while fostering efficient workflows. This opportunity is perfect for individuals who excel in accuracy, are highly organized, and can work independently in a remote environment.


What You'll Do

  • Accurately enter and update data into company systems and databases.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data by performing regular quality control checks.
  • Maintain organized records and keep information confidential according to company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve data processes and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prioritize and manage deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to other departments when needed.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Basic computer literacy, including knowledge of data entry tools and office software such as MS Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup while remaining accountable to assigned tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory.
