The ideal candidate will have deep experience with financial reporting systems, US GAAP, financial consolidations, SEC Reporting, and PCAOB audit requirements, along with a strong understanding of FP&A processes.

The Financial Consolidation Systems Manager will serve as the primary administrator of Planful, ensuring that financial data from multiple sources is accurately consolidated, aligned, and reported to meet quarterly and annual public company filing timelines. This role will collaborate closely with the Accounting and FP&A teams to support external reporting, internal analytics, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. This position is based in Boulder, CO with a hybrid work schedule requiring a minimum of 2 days onsite per week for team collaboration.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain master data, chart of accounts mappings, entity hierarchies, and financial reporting structures.
  • Ensure data integrity between Planful and source systems (e.g., ERP, subledgers) and troubleshoot data discrepancies.

  • Align actuals, budgets, and forecasts for streamlined reporting and analytics.

Audit & Compliance
