The Opportunity:

As a Product Manager, you will drive product discovery and delivery, ensuring that our AI-powered solutions solve meaningful customer problems. You’ll collaborate with design and engineering to build and scale innovative products across mobile and web platforms. Beyond translating vision into requirements, you will take ownership of identifying the right customer problems to solve, rapidly prototyping solutions, and validating ideas before execution.

This role requires agility, a strong grasp of user-centered design, and the ability to leverage AI tools (such as Replit, Lovable, and V0) to speed up iteration and innovation. You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders, including leadership, engineering, and customer teams, to ensure products align with business objectives and deliver real impact.

This position is hybrid, based in Pittsburgh, PA, with at least three days a week in our Sewickley office.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own the product discovery process by identifying the right customer problems to solve, testing hypotheses quickly, and ensuring solutions align with quarterly MBOs.
• Translate product vision and goals into detailed requirements for engineering teams, including user stories and workflows.
• Partner closely with engineers to define scope, manage trade-offs, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Conduct user research to validate product ideas and prioritize enhancements.
• Leverage AI tools (such as Replit, Lovable, and V0) to prototype and validate concepts efficiently.
• Stay informed about various technology trends, such as AI, and integrate new advancements into product development where relevant.
• Adapt to changing priorities, ensuring the product roadmap balances short-term impact with long-term strategy.

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5+ years of product management experience with a strong track record of leading discovery, defining solutions, and delivering impact.
• Comfort using AI-powered prototyping tools (such as Replit, Lovable, V0) to rapidly test and iterate on ideas.
• Experience leveraging LLMs (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) for both internal product workflows and customer-facing applications.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and eager to take full ownership of product direction and execution.

Compensation: $95,000 - $130,000
