The Opportunity:

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing campaigns, implementing conversion tracking, optimizing strategies, and providing insightful analysis and reporting for our clients. You will be expected to problem-solve and troubleshoot technical issues with campaigns, analyze data, make recommendations, and create custom reports for our clients. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, isn’t afraid to try new things, and is focused on delivering outstanding campaign results for our clients. This is a remote position based at our headquarters in Boulder, Colorado.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize lead-generation marketing campaigns across social media (Meta) and paid search (Google) for partners, managing all aspects from strategy and setup to data-driven optimization and budget management
  • Monitor externally managed campaign performance, analyzing the data, sharing insights, and ensuring they are meeting clearly defined conversion objectives
  • Rigorously monitor and measure campaign performance to extract insights and transform them into actionable, measurable changes that will drive optimization and accelerate campaign performance
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, optimization, content strategy recommendations, and performance tracking to drive organic growth.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics and PostHog to measure campaign performance all the way through conversion, keeping a close eye on conversion rate and key metrics to ensure success of lead gen campaigns
  • Oversee analytics setup process prior to campaign launch including tag implementation and conversion tracking
  • Create professional and polished custom weekly reports for clients to highlight campaign performance towards their stated objectives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience developing presentation decks to present marketing strategy and campaign performance with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience working with Hubspot to manage forms and workflows for lead generation campaigns
  • Google Analytics expert who proactively analyzes data, uncovering insights to measure campaign success and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement
  • 3-4 years experience managing Meta and Google Paid Search campaigns with proven success
  • Proven expertise in SEO strategy and execution, including technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, content strategy, and performance tracking to drive organic growth.
  • A  detail-oriented, self-motivating individual who thrives digging into the weeds, always striving to improve
  • A go-getter who proactively thinks 3 steps ahead, anticipates what needs to be done, and takes action to stay ahead of the game
  • Clear, confident, and professional communication skills – you can deliver meaning and intent in writing, on the phone, and in visual presentations

Compensation: $95,000-$125,000
