Join Us at Gloo: Help Us Build the Leading Technology Platform to Serve the Faith Ecosystem.
At Gloo, we believe relationships catalyze growth—and when technology serves relationships, the world can be transformed, one life at a time. We recognize the faith ecosystem is broad and diverse. It includes churches, parachurch ministries and thousands of non-faith based organizations committed to advancing the flourishing of people. Our purpose is simple yet profound: to shape technology as a force for good, so that people can flourish and communities can thrive.. Therefore, our mission is to build the leading technology platform to serve the faith ecosystem.
We are a mission-driven organization, guided by four core principles:
- Shape Technology for Good: Whether it’s AI tools, dashboards, or communication tools, we empower leaders with values-aligned solutions that amplify their missional impact with tools they can trust.
- Serve Those Who Serve: From pastors and donors to network leaders and content creators—we’re passionate about providing technology that helps them do more of what they are called to do.
- Release Collective Strength: We connect the diverse faith ecosystem—churches, parachurch ministries and thousands of non-faith based organizations committed to advancing the flourishing of people—so they can achieve more together than they could alone.
- Enable Ecosystem Trust: Trust is the foundation of a connected faith community. We enable transparency, digital rights management, and simplicity to foster confident collaboration.
We are looking for talented, mission-driven individuals to join our team as we create innovative technology solutions that inspire and empower people to release the passion in every person, including you, to be all they were created to be. If you’re ready to make an impact with your talents and skills toward this purpose, we’d love to hear from you!
The Opportunity:
This is not your typical behind-the-scenes systems role. As a System Support Engineer, CRM, you will be directly interfacing with customers, troubleshooting complex issues, designing thoughtful solutions, and playing a critical role in the ongoing evolution of our CRM ecosystem. You will work hands-on with Salesforce and HubSpot, directly supporting our customer-facing teams and external partners to resolve CRM issues, optimize system functionality, and build scalable solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.
In addition to delivering Tier 2 support, this role offers a unique growth pathway into Salesforce development. You'll have the opportunity to build expertise in Apex, Salesforce Flow, Lightning Web Components, and scalable CRM architecture, all while receiving mentorship from seasoned technical leaders. If you're eager to move beyond simple administration into solution design and development, this is an outstanding next step. This position is based in Boulder, CO, with a hybrid work schedule requiring a minimum of 2 days onsite per week for team collaboration.

- Monitor integrations for data consistency, reliability, and system performance.
- Leverage automation to improve efficiency, eliminate manual processes, and reduce errors.
Documentation & Training
- Own the development of clear, thorough technical documentation, process flows, and system integration diagrams.
- Build training resources and deliver sessions to empower users and increase system adoption.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation aligned with evolving platform enhancements.
Continuous Improvement

- Stay current on Salesforce and HubSpot platform releases, identifying features that enhance our CRM capabilities.
- Partner with technical leaders to reduce technical debt and build long-term scalable solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce configuration, support, and integration experience is required.
- Strong experience building and managing Salesforce Flows is essential.
- Ability to read Apex code is required; experience or strong interest in writing Apex code is highly preferred.
- Experience with CRM integrations using APIs, middleware tools (Zapier, Informatica, or similar) is expected.
- HubSpot experience — including pipelines, workflows, automations, reports, and integrations — is strongly preferred and will elevate candidates.
- Demonstrated ability to design scalable CRM solutions that improve workflows and reduce manual processes
- Experience creating clear technical documentation, process flows, and end-user training materials.
- Strong customer communication skills, with comfort troubleshooting directly with both technical and non-technical users via Slack, email, or ticketing platforms.
