About the Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at GoalPoint Behavior Group, you’ll be an essential part of our in-clinic team, working directly with children diagnosed with autism and related developmental needs. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll help implement individualized therapy plans that lead to meaningful skill development and behavior change. Our clinic provides a supportive, structured environment designed for both clinical excellence and team collaboration.


What You'll Do

  • Provide direct 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in our clinic setting
  • Follow detailed behavior intervention plans developed and overseen by a BCBA
  • Use evidence-based teaching strategies to promote skill acquisition in communication, social interaction, and adaptive living
  • Accurately record session data and complete documentation in our electronic health record system
  • Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision sessions
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment for clients
  • Collaborate with clinic team members to ensure consistency and quality of care

Qualifications

  • willingness to complete RBT certification prior to start date through company provided certification course or approved certification course or Active RBT certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field preferred)
  • Experience working with children, especially in a clinical or educational setting, is preferred
  • Compassionate, reliable, and highly attentive to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based clinic environment
  • Ability to pass a background check and complete CPR/First Aid certification
  • Must have reliable transportation to our clinic location
