What You Will Do:

The Customer Experience Advisor serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the HVAC service team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating service requests, educating customers on HVAC solutions, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience from first contact through job completion.

Customer Experience & Engagement

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally, aligned with Company values.
  • Schedule service appointments, maintenance visits, and emergency calls
  • Provide clear explanations of HVAC services, pricing options, warranties, and maintenance plans
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
  • Resolve issues or escalate them appropriately to management
  • Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve service processes

Service Coordination

  • Dispatch technicians efficiently based on priority, location, and availability
  • Maintain accurate customer records, service notes, and work orders in the Excel spreadsheets
  • Communicate job details, updates, and changes between customers and technicians
  • Confirm appointments and provide arrival time windows

Sales & Retention Support

  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC services or upgrades
  • Promote maintenance agreements and service plans
  • Support upselling and cross-selling efforts while maintaining a customer-first approach
  • Assist with invoicing questions, payments, and basic billing issues.

What You Will Bring


       

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, terminology, or home services preferred
  • Minimum one to three years of customer service experience (HVAC, home services, or call center preferred)
  • Sales or service coordination experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software, Microsoft Excel, and basic office tools.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
