About the role

(This is an on-site position, located at The Odyssey.)

We are seeking an outgoing, energetic, and creative Brand Ambassador to represent a property that we manage, The Odyssey. The Brand Ambassador will help build a strong sense of community both online and in-person. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys social media, event planning, and connecting with people.

What you'll do

• Promote The Odyssey brand through social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Create engaging content including photos, videos, and stories
• Assist in planning and hosting resident events and community activations
• Serve as a friendly, approachable point of contact for current and prospective residents
• Conduct property tours and highlight amenities when needed
• Collaborate with the leasing and management team to increase visibility and engagement
• Represent the property at local events, campus activities, or outreach opportunities

Qualifications

• Strong social media presence and content creation skills
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Passion for marketing, branding, or community engagement
• Prior experience in promotions, customer service, or event planning is a plus
