Job Description: Brand Success Lead, New York, NY - On site

This position is on-site in our Flatiron, NY Office.


What is Your Role?


As a Brand Success Lead, you will manage a team of Brand Success analysts to accelerate growth for a portfolio of DTC brands. On a day to day basis, you will: 


  • Drive Success Through Acquisition Based Performance Content: Understand and master media buying philosophies and strategies for performance marketing. Your recommendations and plans consistently lower CPA and drive outsized growth for your brands. Plan successful paid social campaigns based on best practices and iterative testing.
  • Manage a Team: Foster and support an exceptional team that consistently hits portfolio and company goals. Develop career growth opportunities and set an example of effective leadership. Lead a cross-functional pod; responsible for overall strategy, resource allocation, and high level prioritization.
  • Take Full Portfolio Ownership: Set up a growth revenue roadmap for your team and performance goals for a full suite of brands. You establish strong relationships with top tier DTC brands and are ultimately responsible for their performance content success. Work closely with the CEO and proactively communicate success/needs of your business unit while acting as a leader of the entire brand success org.
  • Own Performance and Analytics: Dive deep into the numbers to understand what is working, what is not, and why. Partner with brands to develop launch plans, iterate creative, and optimize articles. 
  • Provide World-Class Client Service: Manage client relationships through timely responsiveness, strong project management, and exceptional written & verbal communication. Have a keen eye for identifying needle-moving tasks and executing quickly on them.

As an individual, you love products and are passionate about consumer brands, particularly in the realm of wellness, beauty, pet care, and CPG. You have a keen sense of what consumers are looking for, and know how to deliver a point with a punch. You bring excitement, genuine curiosity, and a product-testing mentality. You think big and can distill dense information into singular, important ideas that are easily digestible for audiences.


Your work will include creatives for whitelisted content that will appear in ad campaigns before millions of viewers. A creative eye and enthusiasm for digital content is a must.


Key Responsibilities For This Role:


This role is perfect for someone who is highly strategic, a natural people manager, excellent at client services, consumer-obsessed, and passionate about creating industry leading ad strategies that sell. Applicants take pride in their impeccable communication and ability to maintain strong relationships with brands. The ideal candidate should have a drive to understand ‘What makes a winning campaign?’ for clients across a breadth of industries.


This role is responsible for end-to-end ownership of a portfolio of brand’s content and ad performance, while managing a team of analysts. Main tasks include, but are not limited to:


  • Setting and executing internal revenue goals for your pod’s portfolio of brands
  • Work closely with the CEO to drive business goals and company growth 
  • Providing strategic guidance and detailed launch plans for brands that lower CPA 
  • Supervising all content production and final quality control for brand deliverables. This includes end to end project workflow
  • Managing relationships with brands and external stakeholders to ideate on campaigns, send project updates, and ensure their KPIs are being met
  • Ideation and development of needle-moving content that speaks to a brand’s needs via market research and content analysis
  • Understanding and driving business goals, including revenue, while constantly innovating new strategies
  • Using analytics to optimize ad performance and improve conversion rates
  • Cross functional collaboration with the Creative Strategists, Creator Operations Analysts, and Design team.

What You'll Bring:


Background: Marketing and Creative Guru

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 
  • 3-4 years experience across startups, eCommerce, growth marketing agencies, performance marketing, sales, tech, consulting, client service, or growth industries.
  • Client facing experience
  • You have Meta or Meta-adjacent ad experience and you understand the ad-launching process and strategies
  • Energy and enthusiasm working with our brands.
  • Excel and Powerpoint guru (e.g.pivot tables, formatting) and comfortable with data analysis
