We're seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Case Manager to be a key coordinator in the mental wellness journey of our Spravato (esketamine) patients. If you're patient-focused and thrive in a collaborative environment, apply now for this full-time, Monday-Friday position with 8-hour shifts between 7 am and 7 pm.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Coordinate Patient Treatment Workflow: You'll expertly manage physician and technician schedules for Spravato treatments, ensuring seamless patient care.
  • Ensure Treatment Access & Compliance: You will manage all patient authorizations, facilitate medication ordering in collaboration with technicians, and maintain strict compliance with REMS, DEA, and audit requirements.
  • Support Patient Well-being & Safety: You'll contribute to a safe and therapeutic environment for daily sessions, assist with Spravato consults as needed, and audit patient charts to ensure quality care.
  • Manage Essential Office Operations: You'll handle key administrative tasks, including phone communication, office organization, lead management, reporting, copay collection, and HIPAA-compliant medical record management

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

  • Experience (Required): At least 1 year as a Certified Medical Assistant, Medication Technician, or Nursing Assistant, including experience with medication authorizations.
  • Experience (Preferred): 2 years of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting.
  • Education (Preferred/Required): A Bachelor’s degree is a plus; however, a High School Diploma or Associate's degree with Medical Assistant certification/licensure and relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Skills (Required): Proven experience working with medical insurance processes.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Clinical & Technical Aptitude: While not required, experience with controlled substances, TMS/Spravato administration, clinical interviewing, and Basic Life Support is a plus.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and Microsoft Office applications is preferred. Knowledge of billing software is a bonus.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Experience working directly with MDs and strong communication skills are valued.
  • Adaptability & Growth: We encourage candidates with a willingness to learn and develop expertise in our specialized treatments and procedures.
