Role Overview

Gridline is hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead to own and scale hiring during our next phase of growth. This is a high-impact, full-cycle recruiting role responsible for attracting, closing, and building world-class teams across Engineering, Product, GTM, and Operations.

You’ll work cross-functionally to turn business priorities into hiring plans, run disciplined recruiting processes, and consistently raise the bar on talent across the company. This role is for a hands-on recruiter who thrives in fast-moving environments, takes pride in closing exceptional candidates, and views recruiting as a core driver of company success.

Core Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end, full-cycle recruiting across all functions, from role definition through offer close
  • Proactively source, engage, and close high-caliber candidates across technical and non-technical roles
  • Lead offer strategy, negotiation, and closing, ensuring alignment with compensation frameworks and business needs
  • Develop repeatable, scalable recruiting processes as the company grows and advise leadership on talent market dynamics, hiring tradeoffs, and prioritization
  • Help shape Gridline’s employer brand and represent the company with credibility in the market
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in high-growth technology or fintech companies
  • Proven track record of closing high-quality candidates across a range of roles (technical and non-technical)
  • Experience partnering closely with founders, executives, and hiring managers
  • Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and execute at speed
  • Excellent judgment, communication, and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting in a startup or scaling environment
  • Familiarity with technical recruiting (engineering, product, data)
  • Experience building recruiting processes from the ground up
