Role Overview

This role is responsible for the end-to-end project management and delivery of custom fund launches on the Gridline platform, with a strong emphasis on client experience. Reporting to the SVP, Platform Delivery & Operations, this person serves as the primary point of contact for Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and Fund Managers (GPs), guiding them through fund launch and fundraising while coordinating internal teams to ensure a smooth, timely, and high-quality experience.


The role requires strong client communication, cross-functional coordination, and disciplined execution to ensure funds are launched on time, represented accurately on the platform, and supported through their fundraising lifecycle.

Core Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary external point of contact for RIAs and GPs throughout the fund launch and fundraising process
  • Own the client experience during onboarding, launch, and early fundraising, ensuring clear communication and proactive guidance
  • Coordinate internal teams (Operations, Legal, Product, Engineering, Investments, Marketing) to deliver projects on time and to a high standard of quality
  • Create, manage, and maintain internal and external project plans, timelines, and milestones
  • Draft, review, and publish fund listings on the Gridline platform, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and completeness
  • Guide customers through the fundraising process, including key milestones, expectations, and platform workflows
  • Use internal systems and tools to track progress, manage dependencies, and support delivery (no coding required)
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and drive resolution across teams
  • Ensure clear, consistent communication and expectation-setting with both internal stakeholders and clients
  • Maintain strong customer relationships throughout launch and fundraising to support successful outcomes and satisfaction
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, client delivery, customer experience, or operations-focused roles
  • Experience working directly with external clients and managing ongoing relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain processes, timelines, and requirements to non-technical audiences
  • High attention to detail, particularly in client-facing materials and platform content
  • Comfort working in technology platforms and systems to manage workflows, content, and project data
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple concurrent projects
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in financial services, investments, or fund-related workflows
  • Familiarity with CRM, project management, or internal operations tools
  • Exposure to regulated or compliance-driven environments
  • Ability to balance client advocacy with internal constraints and dependencies
