Your Opportunity - Build Technology that Improves Lives 

As our Product Lead, you’ll join our lean but fast-growing team to lead the product development lifecycle and build a product that is loved by millions of individuals and families. As an early team member, you’ll:

• Work with leadership to define the vision, strategy, and goals for our products. 
• Translate the product vision into an aggressive yet pragmatic roadmap.
• Establish a high-functioning culture of learning, rapid experimentation and prototyping, deep customer empathy, and driving decisions informed by data.
• Lead product initiatives and oversee the product life cycle across all platforms.
• Gain organizational alignment on priorities across product, design, and operations. 
• Build and lead a high-performing product team, including design and customer success, in a way that is aligned with our company values.
• Ensure engineering can build products quickly by writing product requirements and user stories, managing the backlog, and unblocking teams.
• Meet with and learn from customers consistently. Be obsessed with solving their problems and building their solutions.
• Understand the importance of both micro improvements and big bets.

• You have a deep understanding of consumer psychology, the importance of UI/UX design and responsiveness, and how language and direction can influence conversion, activation, and retention.
• Previous startup success as a founder or very early-stage team member. You’ve been a part of a successful acquisition or scaled from a Series A to IPO.
• You’re a yes person - there is always a way to accomplish the task at hand. You believe everything is solvable.
• You handle autonomy well and can be productive without direction. You thrive in a startup environment.
• You believe that building the right foundation, proper documentation, and direct and effective communication is a necessary part of a successful organization.
• You know that saying no is just as important as saying yes. You protect the team’s focus and keep momentum high.
• You don’t wait for “perfect”. You launch, learn, and refine, moving quickly while maintaining quality.
• You understand the difference between two-way and one-way door decisions.
• You simplify complexity. You turn ambiguity into clear, actionable problems, prioritize what matters most, and always make sure the team understands the “why” behind every decision.
